Batnaga accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) only. All deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, or local bank transfer. No international payment methods, credit cards, or cryptocurrency are accepted at batnaga.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited at batnaga are from a legitimate source and belong to you. Batnaga does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Note: Batnaga does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
Batnaga processes all withdrawals in BDT to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the one used to deposit are not permitted unless approved by batnaga's compliance team.
Batnaga reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, batnaga will notify you and may request additional documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus.
Reminder: Withdrawing while an active bonus is attached to your account will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Complete your wagering requirements first or contact support to discuss your options.
Batnaga offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. Claiming a bonus at batnaga means you accept both the specific and general bonus terms.
Most bonuses at batnaga carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Batnaga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these terms or if batnaga has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
Voluntary closure: You can request account closure at any time by contacting batnaga support at [email protected]. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please also activate self-exclusion to prevent re-registration.
